New Construction

From the beginning of functional
design concepts to move-in day, our experienced team streamlines the design workflow of the new construction project. We partner with the architect and the general contractor to help
with the material selection and the bidding process. As your design team, we specify finishes, hardware, fixtures, flooring, wall coverings, color palette, custom millwork, custom cabinetry, furnishings, and window treatments.

Virtual Design

Our virtual design sessions will curate
a personally designed home distinct to you. We map out material selections, design boards, furniture layouts, and spacial planning. Our one-on-one service will help bring your dream
home to life.

1. What is the difference between interior decorating and interior design?

Decorating includes just the furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories. The decorating service is offered at an hourly rate. We will source and provide itemized lists for you to purchase. Interior design starts with conceptual planning, budgeting, comprehensive design planning, specifications, construction, and coordinating contractors. The interior design service includes Phases 1-4 of our design process. Whichever service you choose will lead you to a beautifully curated home made just for you.

2. When should an Interior Designer come on board?

The optimal time to hire an interior designer is before or at the same time as hiring an architect and general contractor. Designers can ensure that the layout, design, and design needs create a home that functions for your lifestyle while embodying your desired personal design curation for your home. We are here to guide you and advocate for you.

3. What’s the reason for bringing in a designer early in the construction or design process?

Many spacial issues can be solved while laying out your home footprint with an architect. Designers help by seeing the whole picture. This provides a cohesive vision of how each step of the building impacts the next and makes sure that the desired vision for your home becomes reality.

4. How do we honor and give depth to your style?

Even before we begin to start developing a functional design for your space we get to know your design desires on a deep and personal level. This is part of the stage 1 design phase. We meet with you at your current home to understand your needs and desires. We ask a lot of questions and closely listen to see and know who you are. This gives us a starting point to begin curating a design plan to communicate who you are in your vision of your home.

5. How do you set a project budget?

The budget helps us set a realistic view of your project and we will not start a design project without one. A budget acts as a guide for our design map. We can walk you through your investment plan by understanding your desires and scope of work. We help you work within your investment budget.

6. What if I would like to take on most of the work and occasionally need help?

We specialize in full-service interior design projects but arrangements can be made for hourly needs. We prefer to see our work from initial design to completion. We believe that our value is greatly appreciated when we can use our full resources to create a design personally tailored to you.
