Our first job is to clearly understand the specific needs and desires you have for your home. To completely understand your desired vision we dive deep into conversations, questionnaires, and meet at your current residence to get a feel for who you are. We go over everything that you love about your current home, what you wish was different, and how it functions for your specific needs. Once
we have gathered the necessary information we begin creating and reviewing the design plans with you, the architect, and the contractor to make
sure the budget is met. We study the space generating an ideal layout that pertains to the flow and function of your specific needs. We will focus on every detail and create material lists for the architect and contractor to use. We can help determine the current items we can incorporate into your new home. We
want to be able to display the meaningful pieces of your life in a home that
reflects who you are.

Once the overall layout and overview design plan is approved we move on to phase 2. This phase starts the process
of the color, texture, and weight of the home’s flow. We will recommend all the specific finish and material choices for
the interior and exterior. The exterior
finishes include stone, tile, soffit, trim board, exterior doors, lighting, wall coverings, patio, deck, railings, fencing, pool, and windows. The interior
selections include wall coverings,
ceiling beams, millwork, custom
cabinetry, stone, plumbing fixtures,
stairs, lighting, and more. To bring
the overall design vision together we
will create renderings along with
samples, swatches, and other visuals
to help you envision the final design.

OVERSEEING CONSTRUCTION

DESIGN CONTRACT SIGNED

After the design and finishes are approved we commence product ordering, project coordinating, and project scheduling.
This requires us to be on the job site as needed to oversee and meet with the contractors to make sure the design
vision functions. Communication with contractors and yourself is key. Some decisions need to be made right away
and others have later deadlines. We will continuously coordinate and stay on top of orders, productions, and installation schedules. This helps to streamline and eliminate the chance of potential problems or delays.

PROJECT CELEBRATION OPEN HOUSE

Hooray! Your project is finally completed and our job is to make sure everything is just as you envisioned. We meet with you at your home to go over the work and discuss the end design result. At this meeting, we work with you to resolve
any issues that may have arisen. We schedule a photographer to come in
and we style your home to be photographed for our records and
any possible marketingopportunities. Then as a celebration of design, we
plan a complimentary champaign open house for your home to show off your beautiful new project.
